little dreamers respects your privacy; therefore we will not sell or share any of your information with a third party. Any information you provide will remain confidential.

Shipping Info & Shipping Costs

We ship via the United States Postal Services to US addresses. We offer two options for delivery - priority and overnight.

As our products are all personalized, most purchases ship 5-7 days from the order date. Rush orders (items shipped 24 hours from the order date) are offered for a fee of $20. The delivery date for which you can expect your order depends on which shipping method you choose.

Shipping costs are listed below and apply based on the amount of your total order.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.6% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Colorado. Shipments to addresses outside of Colorado will not be charged sales tax, only shipping charges.

Returns

Because of the service we offer personalized items are non-returnable, except for an error on the part of little dreamers or a defective product. little dreamers is committed to customer satisfaction. Any errors must be reported within 2 weeks of receiving your merchandise. Please carefully review your order before submitting and again upon receipt of your goods.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items returned must be returned unworn and unused. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Please include a copy of your receipt.

Back Orders & Out of Stock

Sometimes items listed on the website are out of stock or on back order. If we receive an order with an out of stock item, we will contact you within 2 business days to advise you of the possible in-stock date.

Order Cancellations & Changes

To cancel or change an order, call 1.866.925.2921. We will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot always guarantee that we can cancel or change the order once it has gone into production. Thank you for understanding this policy.

We encourage you to place orders using our secure server online, however, if needed, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. This can be done by contacting us at 1.866.925.2921. If we are unavailable please leave us a voice message and we will return your call promptly.
